The Minister for Justice, Home Affairs & Migration has extended immigration permissions for all people who are Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection up to 4th March 2027. This extension applies to beneficiaries of temporary protection who are residing in Ireland with a Temporary Protection Certificate valid until 4 March 2026. Those who currently have a Temporary Protection Certificate may continue to rely on the Certificate and expired certificates may be used as proof of entitlement to temporary protection until 4th March 2027.
Individuals covered by this extension may continue to live, work, study and access state supports in Ireland under the Temporary Protection Directive without taking additional action at this time.
