We have acted in a number of very high profile cases including Djolo v Minister for Justice Equality & Law Reform, Donatus v Refugee Appeals Tribunal, Gavrilyuk v Minister for Justice Equality, Supreme Court and most recently Gica v The Refugee Applications Commissioner, Supreme Court.
We have had high profile successes just recently in the ground-breaking EU Free movement cases of Mahmood and Atif v Minister for Justice and Equality delivered on 14th October 2017 and Mohammed Ahsan v Minister for Justice Equality
These cases are currently awaiting a date for hearing before the European Court of Justice.
