Major improvement works are due to commence to the public reception and waiting areas of the Public Office in the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service (INIS) at Burgh Quay, Dublin in the 3rd week of June 2013. The works will last for a number of weeks. During this time, there will be restrictions on the number of personal callers which the Re-entry Visa Office will be able to deal with daily.
Therefore, it is strongly recommended that applicants for re-entry visas either use the post or the drop-in box in the existing reception area in Burgh Quay to submit applications up to and during the period of works. It is recommended that applications be submitted by registered post and in plenty of time for your journey.
The Re-entry Visa Office will endeavour to return postal applications to you by registered post within 5 working days.
