New reception facilities for visitors and customers to the offices of the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service at Burgh Quay will be opened from Monday 16th September.  The existing entrance is being retained for staff only.

The work is part of a wider programme of measures designed to improve its services to customers using our Burgh Quay Offices. For example, plans are also being developed for the introduction of an on-line appointments system for both registration and visa re-entry applicants which will enable customers to know with certainty when they will be dealt with, thus completely eliminating the need for people to queue for these services. The development of the new reception facilities is a prerequisite to these plans.
